This page explains how Adhan Salaty's content is produced, reviewed, and updated.

Who writes

Editorial content is written by the Adhan Salaty editorial team. City pages combine generated data (Aladhan API prayer calculations) with human-written introductory text. Guides and articles carry the collective editorial byline.

Fact checking

Claims about Muslim demographics, mosques, and religious practice are verified against at least one of: the FEERI mosque directory, the Comisión Islámica de España website, published academic sources, or official mosque websites. Addresses are checked against Google Maps at time of publication.

Update cadence

Prayer times are auto-refreshed every day from the Aladhan engine. City pages (intro text, mosque listings) are reviewed quarterly. Guides and articles are reviewed at least annually.

Corrections

If you find a factual error, write to hello@launchwhiskai.com. Corrections are applied as soon as possible and noted on the affected page.

Independence

Adhan Salaty does not accept payment to feature mosques, communities, or services on its pages. We do not publish sponsored content. The only monetization is Google AdSense, clearly labelled as "Sponsored".

Stance on prayer calculation

We use the Muslim World League method (Method 3 in Aladhan's nomenclature) because it is the standard adopted by FEERI and the Comisión Islámica de España. We do not pass judgement on which method is "correct" — we provide calculations and leave decisions to your mosque and to you.
