How we calculate prayer times across Spain.
Adhan Salaty publishes daily prayer times for sixty Spanish cities: every provincial capital, the major Muslim community hubs, and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla. We use the Muslim World League (MWL) calculation method, the convention adopted by FEERI and the Comisión Islámica de España. MWL uses an 18° angle for Fajr and 17° for Isha, and is the most widely audited prayer-time calculation in use today.
All times come from the open-source Aladhan API and refresh every 24 hours. We don't ask you to sign up, we don't run third-party analytics, and we don't store personal data. The times here are calculated, not observed; local mosques publish iqamah times that sit a few minutes after the calculated adhan. For congregational prayer, follow your local mosque's schedule.
Hijri dates come from the same Aladhan calendar engine and update automatically. The site is bilingual; switch between English and Spanish using the EN/ES toggle in the header.

How accurate are prayer times on Adhan Salaty?
Times come from the open-source Aladhan API using the Muslim World League method (Method 3). MWL is the standard FEERI and the Comisión Islámica de España use, so the calculated adhan you see here is what most Spanish mosques work from too.
Why don't the times match my mosque?
Mosques publish iqamah times: the moment the congregation actually gathers, which sits a few minutes after the calculated adhan to give people time to arrive. The times here are the calculated adhan, not the iqamah. For congregational prayer, follow your local mosque's schedule.
Is Adhan Salaty free?
Yes. No sign-up, no tracking, no email collection. The site runs on Google AdSense once approved, but ads only appear after that.
Which cities does Adhan Salaty cover?
Sixty Spanish cities, including all 50 provincial capitals plus Ceuta, Melilla, and major Muslim community hubs like Marbella, Algeciras and Reus.
